Full Stack Engineer

San Francisco

The Full Stack Engineer position will be the newest addition to the 5 person development team. The dev team works very closely and supportively together, working on a wide range of features from guest facing checkout pages to partner dashboards to realtime data analytics portals. While we will review applicants with a range of experience, this is a senior level position where the individual must be confident working independently, solving tricky problems, designing architecture, and owning entire features from start to finish. Our stack is Ruby on Rails on the back end with React/Redux front end.


Job Requirements:

โ€ข 3+ years experience with Ruby on Rails and React โ€“ or a comparable backend and frontend mix (MVC, ORM, views, state management)
โ€ข CSS, HTML, ability to build UI to exact design spec
โ€ข Prior experience at start up โ€” agile and SCRUM
โ€ข Interest in developing as part of a team/company long term
โ€ข Passion, interest in some or all of the following: data, analytics, ML, modern responsive UI, dev ops, scaling.

Enterprise Account Executive

San Francisco

We're growing quickly, and are looking to grow our small sales team to help us scale! You'll be the most direct source of revenue growth at AnyRoad. You'll empower enterprise organizations, from Fortune 500 retailers to sports teams, media brands to car companies. You'll be the main voice of AnyRoadโ€™s brand and capabilities to new customers. And as we scale, your insights will dictate how our sales team operates at 10 and 100 people.

โ€ข Excited about building from scratchย โ€“ As one of our first sales hires, you wonโ€™t be a cog in a well-oiled machine. Instead, youโ€™ll help build our enterprise sales infrastructure and culture from the ground up.
โ€ข Comfortable talking to enterprise VPs of Marketing and their teams โ€“ AnyRoad plays a day-to-day role for a wide range of senior marketers and CMOs.
โ€ข A strong communicatorย โ€“ Building experience divisions can get overwhelming. Can you empathize with our customers, zero in on their needs, and articulate how AnyRoad satisfies those needs?
โ€ข A fast learnerย โ€“ To gain our customers' trust, you need to know AnyRoad and the experience market better than anyone else. After a sales call with you, our customers should feel invigorated and educated.
โ€ข Ruthless at prioritization and time managementย โ€“ Youโ€™ll be aggressive about prioritizing, qualifying, and devoting exactly as much time as needed to close deals.

Job Requirements:

โ€ข Experience crushing your numbers as a quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executive at a SaaS company (marketing tech, data/analytics, customer engagement preferred).
โ€ข Experience closing complex enterprise deals in a methodical and repeatable way.
