Full Stack Engineer

San Francisco

The Full Stack Engineer position will be the newest addition to the 5 person development team. The dev team works very closely and supportively together, working on a wide range of features from guest facing checkout pages to partner dashboards to realtime data analytics portals. While we will review applicants with a range of experience, this is a senior level position where the individual must be confident working independently, solving tricky problems, designing architecture, and owning entire features from start to finish. Our stack is Ruby on Rails on the back end with React/Redux front end.

Job Requirements:

3+ years experience with Ruby on Rails and React – or a comparable backend and frontend mix (MVC, ORM, views, state management)
CSS, HTML, ability to build UI to exact design spec
Prior experience at start up — agile and SCRUM
Interest in developing as part of a team/company long term
Passion, interest in some or all of the following: data, analytics, ML, modern responsive UI, dev ops, scaling.
US Citizenship or work visa required (We cannot sponsor)

Enterprise Account Executive

San Francisco

We're growing quickly, and are looking to grow our small sales team to help us scale! You'll be the most direct source of revenue growth at AnyRoad. You'll empower enterprise organizations, from Fortune 500 retailers to sports teams, media brands to car companies. You'll be the main voice of AnyRoad’s brand and capabilities to new customers. And as we scale, your insights will dictate how our sales team operates at 10 and 100 people.

We want to hear from you if you are:

Excited about building from scratch – As one of our first sales hires, you won’t be a cog in a well-oiled machine. Instead, you’ll help build our enterprise sales infrastructure and culture from the ground up.
Comfortable talking to enterprise VPs of Marketing and their teams – AnyRoad plays a day-to-day role for a wide range of senior marketers and CMOs.
A strong communicator – Building experience divisions can get overwhelming. Can you empathize with our customers, zero in on their needs, and articulate how AnyRoad satisfies those needs?
A fast learner – To gain our customers' trust, you need to know AnyRoad and the experience market better than anyone else. After a sales call with you, our customers should feel invigorated and educated.
Ruthless at prioritization and time management – You’ll be aggressive about prioritizing, qualifying, and devoting exactly as much time as needed to close deals.

Job Requirements:

Experience crushing your numbers as a quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executive at a SaaS company (marketing tech, data/analytics, customer engagement preferred).
Experience closing complex enterprise deals in a methodical and repeatable way.

Account Management

AnyRoad’s platform turns experiences into Insights, inspiring our Partners to connect with their customers, build their brand, and increase engagement.

We’re looking for a relationship-driven, action-oriented Account Manager to join our tight-knit San Francisco team. As one of AnyRoad’s early Account Managers, you’ll be onboarding new clients, investing in long-term Partner relationships, and shaping the culture of the Partner experience at AnyRoad. AMs own a diverse portfolio of Fortune 500 retailers, sports teams, media brands, and car companies.

You'll represent AnyRoad as a project manager during onboarding, data guru uncovering valuable insights about experiences, and consultant offering recommendations to your clients. As we grow, your contributions will impact how AnyRoad fosters Partner relationships.

An experienced and enthusiastic builder - You’ll build project plans and timelines and configure AnyRoad for your unique Partner portfolio. As one of the first Account Managers on the team, you’ll make an impact by working across internal teams and time zones to build our Partner Experience DNA with company leadership.

Job Requirements:

2+ years experience succeeding in a client-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Service)
1+ year in a technology or SaaS company, understanding and communicating technology products to an end user or internal team members
Working knowledge of Excel, including common formulas (sum, count, vlookup, etc), pivot tables, and organizing data in easy-to-use spreadsheets
Eagerness to work full time from our San Francisco office
Excitement to create meaningful organizational impact by working directly with team members across the entire team

You might also be:

Experienced in data analysis, financial modeling, reporting
Proficient with Tableau or R
Available to travel up to 20% of your time
Bilingual in Spanish, Japanese, or Swedish
