1. Booking and Payment Processing

All AnyRoad distillery/brand customer bookings originating from the Sip Seekers website (“Sip Seekers Bookings”) will be completed through the participating distillery or brand’s AnyRoad-hosted booking iFrame. AnyRoad will process all related payments in accordance with its standard payment procedures.

AnyRoad will assign a unique UTM code to track all Sip Seekers Bookings and related cancellations. Booking and cancellation data can be made available to the distillery/brand via a custom reporting dashboard within their instance of AnyRoad Atlas.

2. Guest Communications

AnyRoad will manage all transactional guest communications associated with Sip Seekers bookings, including: booking confirmations (with barcoded tickets), reminder messages, and post-visit micro-surveys. Such transactional communications will be delivered under the same policies and standards applicable to all AnyRoad-managed bookings.

3. Commission Structure and Payouts

AnyRoad will obtain digital consent from participating distilleries and brands authorizing the inclusion of their experiences on the Sip Seekers website and agreeing to a 20% commission on bookings originating from Sip Seekers.AnyRoad will deduct Sip Seekers commission from settlement payouts on a monthly basis, accompanied by a summary statement of transactions and cancellations.

4. Data Ownership and Insights

All consumer personally identifiable information (“PII”) and experience-specific data remain the exclusive property of the respective distillery or brand. Such data will not be shared with Sip Seekers.

AnyRoad may, at its discretion, provide Sip Seekers with anonymized and aggregated benchmarking reports derived from its broader dataset, offering insights into categories such as demographics, booking patterns, and visitor behavior.

5. Relationship of the parties

This partnership consent supplements and does not modify your existing Master Service Agreement with AnyRoad. All terms of your original MSA remain in full force and effect.

6. General Provisions

Both parties agree to collaborate in good faith to ensure a positive user experience, data accuracy, and brand alignment. This agreement does not create an exclusive relationship between AnyRoad and Sip Seekers, nor does it confer any rights to use each other’s trademarks except as mutually approved in writing.
