This year’s awards celebrated technology companies “Crafting the Customer Experience of Tomorrow”

It was an honor to be a finalist at the LVMH Innovation Awards 2020!

LVMH group – Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy – is a world leader in luxury goods, headquartered in Paris, France. By all standards, it is the biggest luxury brand in the world. 

The LVMH group created the LVMH Innovation Award, which was designed to recognize the most innovative and relevant startups in the field of customer experience each year, and is considered the most prestigious startup contest in the Retail-Tech industry. Only less than 2% of startups nominated were selected to be the finalists.

This year’s finalists pitched their solutions for “Crafting the Customer Experience of Tomorrow.” Nine different countries were represented spanning ten different categories, including omnichannel, supply chain, clienteling, customer service, data and AI. 

Traditionally, we would have done this pitch in Paris, France in person–and it would not have been open to the general public. But this year, for the first time, it was available for anyone around the world to experience together.
